Privacy Policy
What we collect when you enquire, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
This page explains what Silver View Technical Services L.L.C. (“Silver Home”, “we”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
When you submit the booking or contact form we store the name, area, phone number and notes you give us, together with the page you submitted from, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (where present), your browser’s user-agent string and the time of submission. That record is what lets us call you back and is the only reliable count we have of enquiries received.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, your Emirates ID, passport details, bank or card details. Do not send them to us.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, arrange a measurement visit, quote the work, and keep a record of jobs quoted and completed. We also look at aggregate site statistics: which pages are read, which designs are viewed, to decide what to write and photograph next.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies. Analytics load only after you consent, and declining does not change how the site behaves. WordPress sets a small number of functional cookies if you log in to the admin area, which visitors never do.
Our forms hand off to WhatsApp so you can carry on the conversation there. Once you are in WhatsApp, Meta’s own privacy terms govern that conversation, not ours. We keep the enquiry record on our own server regardless of whether the WhatsApp message is ever sent.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except where we cannot avoid it: our hosting provider stores the data, and our email provider carries the notification to our own sales address. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details, and we do not pass them to other contractors.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after twenty-four months. Records relating to completed work are kept for the period required by UAE commercial and tax record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Your requests
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so within thirty days. Message the number on our contact page, or write to us at our Dubai address.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and, where the change affects an active enquiry, tell you directly.
