Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the use of this website and the supply and installation work we quote through it. They are the plain-language version of how we actually work; the signed quotation for your job takes precedence where the two differ.

Who you are contracting with

Silver View Technical Services L.L.C., trading as Silver Home, licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. The licence number is shown in the footer of every page on this site.

Quotations

Prices shown on this website are indicative per-square-metre rates for supply and installation, subject to a minimum order quantity. They are not an offer. A binding price is issued only after a free measurement visit, in writing, and holds for thirty days from issue. Where wall preparation beyond normal making-good is required: damp, unsealed gypsum, previous adhesive residue, structural cracking. It is identified at the measurement and priced separately before any work begins, never added afterwards.

Bespoke and printed work

Custom-printed murals are made to your wall’s dimensions and cannot be resold, so they are non-refundable once you have approved the proof and printing has started. We will not print without written approval of the proof. If you supply artwork, you confirm you hold the rights to have it reproduced; we will decline files where that is obviously not the case.

Access and site conditions

You are responsible for arranging access, including any building NOC, service-lift booking or security clearance, though in practice we obtain these on your behalf and will say so when we do. Please clear the working area and move fragile items before we arrive. We protect floors and furniture as a matter of course, but we cannot be responsible for items left in the work area.

Workmanship

Our installation work is guaranteed against lifting seams, bubbling and edge failure attributable to fitting. The guarantee does not cover damage from water ingress, construction defects in the wall behind, deliberate removal, or third-party alteration. Materials carry the manufacturer’s own warranty, which we will pass to you.

Cancellation

Cancel a booked installation with at least forty-eight hours’ notice at no charge. Inside forty-eight hours we may charge for materials already cut or printed for your job.

Website content

Photographs of completed installations are our own work and are published with the client’s agreement. Design images in the catalogue remain the property of their originators. Please do not reproduce either without asking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute falls to the Dubai Courts.
