How much does wallpaper cost in Dubai?

The honest answer is a range, because “wallpaper” covers a classic vinyl roll and a mural printed to your exact wall. Across Dubai, our supplied-and-installed pricing runs from AED 45 per square metre for stock non-woven and vinyl rolls up to AED 180 per square metre for premium custom-printed murals.
What a typical wall costs
Most people are not papering a whole room. A single feature wall in a Dubai apartment is usually 10 to 12 sqm, which puts a finished wall between AED 500 and AED 1,800 depending on the material you choose. A full bedroom with four walls is typically 35 to 45 sqm.
What moves the number
- Material. Classic damask and textured rolls sit at the bottom of the range. Custom murals printed to your dimensions sit at the top, because nothing is repeated and nothing is wasted.
- Wall preparation. A skimmed, primed wall takes paper immediately. A wall with old adhesive, poor plaster or previous paper needs prep, and that is time.
- Openings and corners. Doors, windows and internal corners mean more cutting and more matching. A clean 6-metre span is faster per sqm than a wall broken into three sections.
- Ceiling height. Standard villa heights are straightforward. Double-height majlis walls need access equipment.
What our price includes
One figure per square metre, covering the measurement visit, the material, wall preparation, priming and installation by our own fitters. There are no separate labour lines and no subcontractors, which is why we can quote on the spot rather than “estimating” and revising later.
How to get an exact number
Per-sqm pricing only becomes a real quote once someone measures the wall. Our home visit is free anywhere in Dubai: we measure to the centimetre, note the sockets and skirting, bring sample books, and give you a fixed price before you commit to anything.
